Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nationwide Nails Supply. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship all orders via UPS (United Parcel Service). The following UPS service options are available at checkout:

Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates provided by UPS and are not guaranteed by us. Transit times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude the order processing time, weekends, and UPS-observed holidays. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs clearance (for international shipments), incorrect addresses, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Total order weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders within the United States.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (continental)
  • Canada
  • Select international destinations (see checkout for availability)

Unfortunately, we do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or DPO addresses
  • Certain restricted countries or territories
  • Locations not listed as available at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • A UPS tracking number
  • A direct link to track your shipment at ups.com/track

You can also view order status and tracking information by logging into your account under “My Orders.”

For real-time delivery updates, you may sign up for UPS My Choice® (free service from UPS) to receive notifications and manage delivery preferences.

6. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
  • Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for details before placing an order.
  • Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost packages: If tracking indicates delivery but you did not receive the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still not found, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days.

Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requiring a signature.

9. Delays

Unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes (holidays, sales events)
  • Weather or natural events
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing for international orders

We will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 2 hours of placement by contacting [email protected].
  • Once an order is processed for shipment, it cannot be modified or canceled.
